Choosing an interior designer, or even deciding whether you would like to work with one, can be a difficult choice. This is why I like to start the process with a 30 minute free introduction call, where I can learn a bit about what you are looking for, and can give you a better idea about what the process would entail, as well as about who I am. There is no commitment from your side needed at this point.
Phase 0: Free Introduction Call
The initial consultation phase is all about getting to understand the space, as well as your style, preferences, needs, timeline and budget in more detail. This is also where you choose one of the design packages, and we sign the contract.
Phase 1: Initial Consultation
The concept design phase is where I develop a concept for the design based on our initial meeting. This will allow us to agree on the mood, colours and materials, as well as an initial plan for the room layout.
Phase 2: Concept Design
The design development phase is where the design is developed, based on the concept and any adjustments from the prior phase. This is where we finalise the floor layout, 3D drawings, furniture, finishes & equipment choices.
Phase 3: Design Development
Phase 4: Procurement and Coordination
After agreeing on the final design, this is where the procurement, coordination and installation happens. This includes my coordination with contractors and suppliers, and a progress report to you.
Phase 5: Project Completion
The project completion phase is the finishing touches - a quality review of the work, resolving any outstanding items, and a walk through and delivery to you.
