We start with a friendly, no-obligation introduction call (about 30 minutes). This is our chance to get to know each other. You can share what you’re looking for and the story behind your project, and I’ll explain how I work. It’s a casual conversation to see if we’re the right fit and to give you a clear idea of what the process would entail.

Phase 0: Free Introduction Call

We start off with an initial consultation where we get to know you and discuss your space, style preferences, needs, timeline, and budget. This will help us understand your vision and what you’re looking for, while also giving you a chance to ask questions about the process. By the end of this first phase, you’ll have a clear idea of how we’ll work together, choose a design package that’s right for you, and set the stage for the project moving forward.

Phase 1: Initial Consultation

In the Concept Design phase, we translate the insights from our initial meeting into a cohesive design concept for your space. I will develop mood boards and preliminary sketches to establish the desired mood, color palette, and materials, as well as an initial plan for the room layout. This concept lets us ensure that the design direction aligns with your expectations, and you’ll have the opportunity to approve the overall look before we proceed.

Phase 2: Concept Design

Phase 3: Design Development

(Included in Visualise ✓, Refresh ✓, Re-design ✓, Implement ✓)

During Design Development, we refine the approved concept into a detailed design plan. This phase involves finalizing the floor plan and creating detailed 3D drawings, while carefully selecting all furniture, fixtures, finishes, and equipment to meet your needs. We incorporate any feedback or adjustments from the concept phase, ensuring every design decision is intentional and aligned with the agreed vision.

Phase 4: Procurement and Coordination

(Included in Re-design ✓, Implement ✓)

Once the design is finalized, we move into Procurement & Coordination – the execution stage of the project. I will handle the ordering of all approved materials and furnishings and coordinate with trusted contractors and suppliers to schedule installations. Throughout this phase, I manage all the logistics and keep you updated with regular progress reports, ensuring a smooth and transparent implementation of the design.
